Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Liam Kenneth trading as LRK Tech for your use of Fitonic. By creating an account or using Fitonic, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fitonic.
Who may use Fitonic
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Health Connect records, calorie and macro estimates, targets, trends and AI-generated content may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Food photos cannot reliably identify every ingredient, quantity or allergen. Do not use Fitonic to make urgent or high-risk medical, medication, allergy or dietary decisions.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to diet, fasting or exercise, particularly if you are pregnant, under medical care, have an eating disorder or history of one, or have a health condition. Stop and seek appropriate professional or emergency help if you feel unwell or believe you may have a medical emergency.
Your use of the service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Fitonic for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, upload unlawful or harmful material, misuse another person's data, or use automated methods to overload or extract data from the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us limited permission to copy, process and transmit it only as necessary to operate and secure the Fitonic features you choose to use. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content.
Third-party services
Fitonic depends on services including Android Health Connect, Google Sign-In, Cloudflare, an AI provider and Open Food Facts. Their availability and outputs are outside our full control and their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Product and nutrition information from Open Food Facts is provided by its contributors and should be checked against the product label.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Fitonic available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice when a material change requires it.
Fitonic Premium subscriptions
Fitonic Premium is an automatically renewing monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The price, currency, taxes and any eligibility terms shown in Google Play when you confirm the purchase apply. Payment is charged to your Google Play account and the subscription renews each month unless you cancel it through Google Play before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel the subscription from Fitonic's subscription settings or directly in Google Play. Deleting your Fitonic account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel the subscription. Except where the law requires otherwise, billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled under Google Play's applicable terms and policies.
Ending use and deleting your account
You can stop using Fitonic at any time. You can permanently delete your account through Profile & Settings in the app or use our web deletion-request route. Account deletion does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or misuse the service.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitonic is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, arise from inaccurate third-party or user-provided data, or result from using Fitonic contrary to these terms or its health warnings. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
